1 - Move the entire library out of /apps
2 - Uninstall plex.
3 - Install again and generate new Claim code
4 - Go to the newly created library, and save two files that are inside the 'Plex Media Server' folder, namely:
.LocalAdminToken
Preferences.xml
5 - Delete this new folder 'Plex Media Server'
6 - Move back the first 'Plex Media Server' folder that was stored outside of /apps, and replace the two files above with the
files that you saved after making the claim.
7 - Restart the plex server, and you will see all your libraries back, and the server working.
